Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping (if offered): Available on orders $150+. (except certain remote or non-contiguous US locations (such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other special service areas).
- Flat Rate Shipping (if applicable): Average approx $7.99 for US orders under $150. Please note: Additional shipping fees may apply for certain remote or non-contiguous US locations (such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other special service areas).
We reserve the right not to ship to certain locations if shipping is unusually costly or unavailable.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders ship via USPS/DHL/others depending on destination.
3. Estimated Fulfillment Time
- Non-Personalized orders: within 1-3 business days (excluding transit time).
- Personalized/Custom orders: within 3-5 business days (excluding transit time).
During launches, holidays, and high-volume periods, fulfillment may take longer: 7-9 business days.
4. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need an address update, contact us within 24h after placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
6. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. Typical transit time is 5-6 business days after shipment. International orders may take longer due to customs processing and local postal handling.
7. Carrier Delays & Peak Seasons
During holidays, launches, promotions, and high-volume periods, shipping carriers may experience delays. MAISON MIRI LLC cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed to the carrier, but we’ll do our best to support you.
8. International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling charges that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not controlled by MAISON MIRI LLC and are non-refundable.
9. Not Received Packages
If you haven’t received your package within the expected delivery timeframe, please email support.maisonmirillc@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll review the tracking status and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation and verification (tracking updates, carrier confirmation, delivery scan), we may offer a replacement/reshipment or another appropriate solution case-by-case.
10. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on item availability or fulfillment location. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers (when applicable).
